Privacy Policy

How Skinner Customs handles your information.

Last updated: May 16, 2026. This policy explains how Skinner Customs collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you use this website, submit a quote request, upload project photos, book a call, or communicate with us by phone, text, or email.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including:

  • Name, phone number, email address, city, and preferred timeline.
  • Project type, approximate size, project notes, access details, and other quote information.
  • Project photos or files you upload to help us understand the work.
  • Call booking information if you schedule through Google Calendar or another booking tool.
  • Messages, replies, call notes, and communication preferences related to your project.
  • Consent records, source page, referral source, ad campaign details, and timestamps when available.

We may also collect limited website and device information, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URLs, cookie identifiers, and similar usage data. If advertising or analytics tools are active, platforms such as Google or Meta may help us measure website visits, ad performance, and form activity.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Respond to quote requests and planning questions.
  • Call, text, or email you about the concrete, epoxy, overlay, foundation, or retaining wall project you submitted.
  • Book quote calls, schedule onsite visits, prepare estimates, and follow up on project details.
  • Review uploaded photos so we can understand the condition, access, scale, and finish needs of the work.
  • Operate, protect, debug, and improve the website, lead forms, dashboards, and advertising campaigns.
  • Maintain records needed for customer service, security, compliance, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.

We do not use your project details to contact you about unrelated third-party offers.

3. SMS Text Messages

When you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, you consent to receive calls and SMS/MMS text messages from Skinner Customs about your submitted project. Messages may include quote request follow-up, scheduling, appointment reminders, project questions, estimate updates, and customer service replies.

  • Message frequency varies by project activity, typically 1 to 6 messages per quote request, with additional messages if scheduling or project questions continue.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. You may also request not to be contacted by text when you speak with us.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 208-390-5794 or zskinnercustoms@gmail.com.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can call us directly instead.

We honor opt-out requests as quickly as reasonably possible. Opting out of text messages does not stop calls or emails that are necessary to respond to a request you made, unless you ask us to stop those communications too.

4. Mobile Number and SMS Consent Non-Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This includes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with third parties except service providers who help deliver Skinner Customs messages and are required to use it only for that purpose, or if required by law.

5. How We Share Information

We may share limited information only when needed for the purposes described in this policy:

  • With Skinner Customs team members who need it to respond to your request.
  • With service providers that help operate the website, form storage, project photo uploads, lead dashboards, email, SMS, phone, calendar booking, hosting, security, analytics, or advertising measurement.
  • With advertising platforms, such as Google or Meta, when pixels, conversion events, lead forms, or similar tools are used to measure and improve campaigns.
  • With legal, safety, or government authorities if required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, property, or security.
  • With a successor business if Skinner Customs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to continued protection of personal information.

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not buy, sell, or transfer SMS consent lists.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

The website may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand traffic, prevent abuse, remember basic preferences, and measure advertising performance. These tools may collect or receive information from this website and other websites to provide measurement services or interest-based advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website features. You can also use controls provided by advertising platforms, including Google and Meta, to manage ad personalization where available.

7. Project Photos

If you upload project photos, we use them to evaluate your request, understand site conditions, and communicate about the work. Do not upload photos that include unrelated sensitive information. We do not use customer-uploaded project photos in public marketing unless we have permission or the photo is otherwise lawfully available for that use.

8. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and document consent. Quote request records and project photos are generally kept for up to 3 years unless a longer period is needed for an active project, warranty, accounting, legal, or compliance reason. SMS consent and opt-out records may be kept as needed to document compliance.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information you provided. You may also ask us to stop contacting you by a specific channel. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain data uses. Skinner Customs does not sell personal information or share mobile opt-in consent for third-party marketing.

11. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for adults requesting concrete-related services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. The updated version applies when posted unless stated otherwise.
