- Call, text, or email you about the concrete, epoxy, overlay, foundation, or retaining wall project you submitted.

- Message frequency varies by project activity, typically 1 to 6 messages per quote request, with additional messages if scheduling or project questions continue.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. You may also request not to be contacted by text when you speak with us.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can call us directly instead.
We honor opt-out requests as quickly as reasonably possible. Opting out of text

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in
consent data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request,
provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve
disputes, and document consent. Quote request records and project photos are generally
kept for up to 3 years unless a longer period is needed for an active project,
warranty, accounting, legal, or compliance reason. SMS consent and opt-out records may
be kept as needed to document compliance.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to
protect personal information. No website, storage system, or transmission method is
completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
